Wheeling Power

Sometimes, we make decisions in our life that others may not understand or appreciate at times. But about two weeks ago on a fort night, I cannot deny the feeling that God put in my heart and I know that I have been called to go and serve for God's sake. Sometimes, it's hard for some of us to overcome our families difference in opinions. In the meanwhile, I am taking an extended leave so to speak from current on goings in my life. I am reminded that we have to trust God with all whole life not just parts of it. And I am often reminded that we have to sale all and give to the poor as we are able to. I will not stop until I have sold all and gave to the poor as I am able to. It is sad but true, but most people hold onto their riches and won't use it to help the poor in life. Now, just because someone is poor doesn't give them a right to expect a free hand-out without giving something in exchange for it. Of course both parties should be free to do as they please but he that gives freely of what his gifts are shall indeed be blessed by little he may receive in turn. Such was our experience of the three friends, whose lives changed in an instant and each one of us have hardships to overcome of past events in life. We each took turns in giving from our hearts. Whether it was ice cream, a meal, or finding a brand new package of flour in the dumpster. No wonder, they say that a three cord strand isn't easily broken. But for good deed, there are some who commit bad deeds that may send them to prison as is the case with one of my friends and the other may be in a mental hospital with no apparent reason that I am aware of. Such is the life of one who believes: in the way, the truth, and the life. Which is describing the Torah for is that not what Jesus Christ himself meant in that He is the living Torah. We too can become a living Torah by living our lives by striving do the right-thing in an evil world. That's all for today! Shabbat Shalom!
