New Covenant Truth

If you recall, Jesus was sent only to the lost House of Israel. For the New Covenant [Isaiah
59:21] is given only to the House of Judah and to the House of Israel. Though
the stranger may abide as the Judahites and the Israelites do. [Jer. 31-34] But
what does it mean to become a part of a covenant? First of all, one must abide
by it's rules. That includes [1 John 3:3-4]. "sin is the transgression of
the law." [Hosea 8:1-2] [Isaiah 58:1] [Jermiah 6:16-19] [1 John 2:4-6] So
then ask yourself, what law determines sin? Is it not, the royal law [Book of James]
or as it is best known, the Ten Commandments [Exodus 20:1-17]? In fact, the Bible says
that, "if ye love me, keep my commandments." In essence Jesus Christ summarized the
Ten Commandments for the sake of brevity for a culture that knew them well in order
to avoid repeating that which was very obvious to them. Yet, Yeshua our savior
was sent to die for us that He could live in our hearts and through Him; we can
do all things, even to the fulfilling of the law. [Matthew 5:15-20] Just as He
fulfilled. Even though the least of them that do break the commandments, also shall be in
Heaven. But wouldn't you rather be held in higher esteem by your Father in
Heaven? Such that you can be consider great in the kingdom of Heaven? In Romans
6, Paul emphasizes that though we are saved by grace, we should not sin.
Neither should one say that following the Law will save you for that is through
the blood of Christ alone that we are saved lest any man should boast. Hence
this is why Exodus 20:1-17 still applies today to every Christian, but out of
our love for Yeshua HaMashiach. But also by following the law, we will be
blessed beyond our imaginations according to Psalms 1. Will you choose to walk
with God with all your heart? With all your soul? and With all your might?
Deut. 6:4-5 Or will you ignore what God has in store for your life though it
may seem like your life will turn upside down? Do not doubt, what God is
striving to do in America to turn a remnant of believers that worship in spirit
and in truth of this country, fully to him!

No Halloween

Now, some of you may not have a problem participating in Halloween, but I cannot fathom how Christians can observe it; when it is contrary to the way we believe. Perhaps you don't know this, but it is on this day, when the occult are very involved in their magic. The Bible does say not to "Learn the way of the Heathens." Jer 10:2. It also says this about magic, "Ye shall not eat any thing with the blood: neither shall ye use enchantment, nor observe times. " Lev 19:26. Most people have a good understanding of what the first two statements declare, but what of the third statement, "nor observe times."

Gal 4:8-11
Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods. But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage? 10 Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years. 11 I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain.

So what do you think, observing times means? Does it mean that we cannot observe holidays other than what God has declared beforehand?

New Beginnings

What does God say through Jeremiah about the New Covenant? Jeremiah 31:27-34

Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast. 28 And it shall come to pass, that like as I have watched over them, to pluck up, and to break down, and to throw down, and to destroy, and to afflict; so will I watch over them, to build, and to plant, saith the Lord. 29 In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children’s teeth are set on edge. 30 But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eateth the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge.

31 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: 32 not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the Lord: 33 but this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

What does it mean to “put the law on the inward parts and write in their hearts”? Didn’t Jesus say that, He came to fulfill the law not to destroy it in Matthew 5:17-20 What did Jesus mean by this?

Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. 19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Clearly there are two major differences indicated here that is “the breakers.” And “the doers.” Which would you rather be in Heaven? What is meant by commandments?

Other scriptures to ponder are: Hosea 8:1-2, Isaiah 58:1, Jeremiah 26, Malachi 3:6

So as one website put it, what would happen if Jesus walked into the churches of today? Would He stay or leave the church?

Feast in the Lord

As I consider, all the wondrous goodness that the Lord, our God has provided unto me; I cannot but praise the Lord! For our God is an awesome God, He takes cares of all His children, whether they know it or not. As our God refines the way that I believe; I begin to wonder, what crossroads will I cross to do his will in my life? First, let us start with Romans 6:1-2 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? And then let us consider Romans 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law. Then carefully note what 1 John 3:4 has to say; Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. What law is John referring to? Is that law, the Ten Commandments or not? Now, there is a warning in Jeremiah 6:16-19 that reads as follows:
Thus saith the Lord, Stand ye in the ways,
and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way,
and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls.
But they said, We will not walk therein.
17 Also I set watchmen over you, saying,
Hearken to the sound of the trumpet.
But they said, We will not hearken.
18 Therefore hear, ye nations,
and know, O congregation, what is among them.
19 Hear, O earth: behold, I will bring evil upon this people,
even the fruit of their thoughts,
because they have not hearkened unto my words,
nor to my law, but rejected it

If it is ever God's will that I should marry a wife; I will do nothing less then to serve the Lord, my God with all my heart, my soul, and my mind. Even, if that means doing what is contrary to societies whim. Slowly, but surely God is opening the doors for me to begin a new work for the Lord, our God. Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

He's Calling

Time has flown, God is moving in those around me; and He is and has been moving in my life since moving out on to my own away from my family and away from work. After being moved in the church service to read Habakkuk 3:17-20, which is the scripture that I received through a very special friend of mine.

17 Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines, the labor of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat, the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls—
18 yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
19 The Lord God is my strength; and He will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and He will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments. Habakkuk  3:17-20 KJV

I feel like this will become my life verse as I have a music calling that God is raising me up for. He is taking me "a step at a time." and then it will be "leaps and bounds." I have never before revealed much, if anything at all about my writing gift on my blog though I have shown my current collection of poetry and song lyrics to my family and to some of my friends though I have added to the list. I have a very special God given talent for writing poetry and song lyrics that will bring fruit in due time. It is this gift that God wants me to use for His honor and glory. It may only be at a very small church, but God can cause the church to grow anytime that he wants to. Amen!

God Bless Ye All!
